Location and Parking 

Where are you located?
Our studio is located at 2 Oakwood Boulevard, Unit 30, Hollywood, FL 33020.

Is parking available?
Yes, free onsite parking is available for all clients. Ride-share drop-off is also convenient at the front entrance.

Do you offer mobile or on-location services?
Yes, travel services are available for clients in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale, Pembroke Pines, and surrounding areas.
Travel fees start at $35 and vary depending on distance. Full details are provided during booking.


 

What to Expect During Your Appointment

How long does each service take?
Service times vary based on the type of glam:

  • Natural Glam: approximately 45 minutes
  • Soft Full Glam: approximately 60 minutes
  • Signature Full Glam: approximately 60 minutes
  • No-Makeup Makeup Look: approximately 30 minutes
  • Concert Glam: approximately 60 minutes
  • VIP Sunday Glam: approximately 30 minutes
  • Walk-In Glam: approximately 60 minutes

Are lashes included?
Some services include complimentary lashes, while others offer them as an add-on.

  • Natural Glam: includes natural lashes
  • Soft Full Glam: includes natural lashes
  • Signature Full Glam: includes premium mink lashes
  • No-Makeup Makeup: lashes optional
  • Concert Glam: includes premium lashes
  • Walk-In Glam: includes natural lashes
    Premium mink lash upgrades are available for an additional $15.

Do I need to prep my skin before coming?
Yes, please arrive with a clean, moisturized face. Avoid applying heavy creams, SPF, or makeup before your appointment. Exfoliating the night before is recommended for best results.

Is there aftercare?
Aftercare is minimal. We recommend avoiding excessive touching, sweating, or rubbing your face to prolong wear. Lashes should be removed gently at the end of the day.


Payments, Deposits, and Policies

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options through our online booking system.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is applied toward your total service cost.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require full payment before booking future appointments.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that time window, the deposit is non-transferable.


 

Travel and On-Location Services

Do you travel to clients?
Yes, on-location makeup services are available for events, photoshoots, weddings, and private bookings.

How does travel pricing work?
Travel begins at $35 and increases based on mileage and time. Final pricing is provided during booking.

Is there a minimum booking requirement for travel services?
Some locations may require a service minimum. This will be communicated before confirming your appointment.

Every glam service includes a customized skin prep, foundation matching, contouring, highlighting, eye enhancement, and setting spray for long wear. Additional inclusions vary:

  • Natural Glam: natural lashes
  • Soft Full Glam: natural lashes
  • Signature Full Glam: premium mink lashes
  • No-Makeup Makeup: lashes optional
  • Concert Glam: premium lashes
  • Walk-In Glam: natural lashes
  • Airbrush finish: optional $20 add-on
  • Premium lash upgrade: $15




Booking Your Appointment

How do I book?
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. This ensures accuracy, availability, and instant confirmation.

What happens after I book?
You will receive:

  1. A confirmation email with your appointment details
  2. The studio address and directions
  3. A reminder email or text before your appointment
  4. Any prep instructions needed for your service

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-in glam services are available based on availability. However, appointments are highly recommended to secure your preferred time.

Yes. You may request a custom glam style. Bring reference photos and we will tailor the look to your features and preferences.

Do you work with textured, oily, dry, or mature skin?
Yes. We specialize in makeup for all skin types. Products are selected specifically for your skin’s needs to ensure long-lasting, flawless results.

How do you match foundation to my skin tone?
We custom-match your foundation using undertone analysis, color testing, and professional shade ranges to ensure an exact match for natural or full-coverage looks.

Can you cover acne, dark spots, or discoloration?
Yes. With the right base products and techniques, we can create a smooth, even complexion while still keeping the skin looking natural.

Do you offer waterproof or sweat-resistant makeup?
Yes. We use long-wear and sweat-resistant formulas suitable for Florida’s humidity. This is especially recommended for outdoor events or long nights.

What if I have a specific makeup style in mind?
Bring inspiration photos and we can recreate the look or adjust it to suit your facial structure and skin tone.

What makeup brands do you use?
We use a curated mix of high-end and professional brands known for their performance, coverage, and durability. Product selections vary based on your skin type and desired finish.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Do you use vegan or cruelty-free products?

Can I bring my own foundation or products?

Do you work with hooded or monolid eyes?

Use a gentle oil-based remover or micellar water. Remove lashes before cleansing. Avoid harsh rubbing to prevent irritation.

Can I request a touch-up kit?
Yes. Mini touch-up kits are available upon request and may include blotting sheets, powder puffs, or sample lip products.

Do you offer bridal makeup?

What if I don’t usually wear makeup?
We specialize in soft, skin-focused glam. Many first-time clients choose our No-Makeup Makeup look for a natural and comfortable feel.

Do you take client photos?
We may take photos or short videos of your finished look with your permission. These help us showcase our work and grow our business.

How long will my makeup last?
Most applications last 8 to 16 hours depending on your skin type, weather, and activity level. Concert Glam and Signature Full Glam provide maximum longevity.

How should I remove my makeup?
Use an oil-based remover or micellar water. Remove lashes before cleansing. Avoid rubbing or tugging at your skin.

Do you provide touch-up kits?

Yes. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that timeframe, the deposit is non-transferable.

What if I am running late?
There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, your service may be shortened or canceled depending on the schedule.

Do you offer refunds?
All deposits and services are non-refundable.
